PRESS STATEMENT RELEASE OF FIRST QUARTER 2007 ECONOMIC RESULTS IN THE ECONOMIC SURVEY OF SINGAPORE

The Ministry of Trade and Industry will be releasing the economic results of first quarter 2007 on 21 May 2007 (Monday) at 8.00 a.m. These include the overall performance of the economy, sectoral performances, sources of growth, inflation, employment and productivity during the first quarter of 2007.

The key findings will be released on the MTI Homepage (http://www.mti.gov.sg), the Department of Statistics Homepage (http://www.singstat.gov.sg) and the Sprinter (http://www.sprinter.gov.sg).
