B. Rotate young working professionals from their regional offices or other affiliated organisations based in the other country. For example, to rotate a Singaporean applicant (i.e., existing, or new employee) from their Singapore-based entity to their Indonesia-based entity.

Are citizens of Singapore or Indonesia;

Are below the age of thirty (30) years; 

Have graduated with a a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or Doctorate degree from an eligible university below;

Have graduated for a period of less than and up to 5 years at the point of application;

Are taking up employment in a tech related role with a registered enterprise in Singapore or Indonesia;

For those taking up employment in Singapore, must earn a fixed monthly salary of at least S$3,000.
