The Future Economy Advisory Panel

The FEAP was formed following the conclusion of the third term of the FEC in March 2023, to continue driving the next bound of Singapore’s economic growth and transformation. The FEAP will build on the work of the FEC to identify new growth areas where Singapore can be competitive and build capabilities in, and provide the Government with insights and advice on industry trends, emerging opportunities and challenges. The FEAP comprises 21 members from diverse backgrounds, including the Government, businesses, trade associations and chambers, unions, and Institutes of Higher Learning.

Ahmed Mazhari

Mr. Ahmed Mazhari
President, Microsoft Asia

Mr. Ahmed Mazhari oversees a vibrant and diverse region comprising 20 countries, some 30,000 employees, and 100,000 partners. As the President of Microsoft Asia, he is responsible for delivering the comprehensive portfolio of Microsoft products and services to customers across Asia Pacific. Under his leadership, the region continues to lead both the growth and innovation curve, focusing on accelerating digital transformation through Microsoft’s innovative technology platform.

Mr. Mazhari is deeply committed to fostering collaborations with Microsoft’s customers and partners in Asia to accelerate digital adoption and empower innovative advancements in the region. He has a profound understanding of business process transformation and a passion for embracing change and implementing creative solutions. He champions long-term partnerships with both employees and customers to achieve stronger, more sustainable growth.

Mr. Mazhari joined Microsoft Asia in February 2020, following 23 successful years at GE and Genpact (a spin-off from GE in 2005) where he last served as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer leading the company’s growth globally across all industry verticals, products, service lines and geographies. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at Xerox. His career has taken him to six countries, providing him with deep expertise that combines local fluency with global experience. Looking ahead, Mr. Mazhari is focused on leveraging Microsoft’s technology to create a more connected and innovative Asia Pacific. He envisions a future where digital transformation not only drives business success but also contributes to societal progress and sustainability.

Mr. Mazhari holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, India. His technical background, combined with his extensive leadership experience, positions him uniquely to drive digital transformation in the Asia Pacific region.



Alexander Charles Hungate

Mr. Alex Hungate
Chief Operating Officer, Grab Holdings Inc

Mr. Alex Hungate brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the financial services, logistics, and food services industries to his role leading the execution of Grab’s superapp strategy. Mr Hungate has played a crucial role in bringing Grab's core business segments to profitability, while ensuring operational excellence as Grab scales rapidly across Southeast Asia. He has also overseen the launch of the company's digital banks.

Prior to Grab, Mr. Hungate served for eight years as the President and CEO of SATS, a leading food solutions and logistics company that is listed on the Singapore stock exchange. His previous roles include – Non-Executive Director of UOB Group; Group Managing Director for Personal Financial Services for HSBC Group; CEO of HSBC Singapore; Managing Director, Asia Pacific for Reuters; and Co-CEO, Americas and Global Chief Marketing Officer for Reuters.

Mr. Hungate holds a degree in Engineering, Economics, and Management from the University of Oxford and graduated as a Baker Scholar from the MBA program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Hungate previously served on the board of the Singapore Economic Development Board and was a member of the Future Economy Council (FEC) and Co-Chair of the FEC Connectivity Sub-Committee.

Mr. Andrew Kwan
Group Managing Director, Commonwealth Capital

Mr. Andrew Kwan is the Group Managing Director of the Commonwealth Capital Group, which has investments along the food vertical, including aquaculture, cold chain logistics, food services, and food manufacturing.

Mr. Kwan is a Board Member of the Singapore Food Agency and the Infocomm Media Development Authority, JTC Corporation, President of the Restaurant Association of Singapore, Vice-Chairman and Honorary Secretary of Singapore Business Federation, a Member of Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Payments Council, and JTC Corporation’s Digital Technology Board Committee. He is also the Deputy Chairman of Focus on the Family, an Elder at his local church, and Singapore’s non-resident Ambassador to the Kingdom of Sweden.

Mr. Kwan previously served on the Boards of then-SPRING Singapore and Enterprise Singapore, and was a Non-Resident Fellow of National University of Singapore Eusoff Hall and Chairman of Aquaculture Innovation Centre. Mr. Kwan was also a member of Emerging Stronger Taskforce (EST) and the Future Economy Council (FEC), and Co-Chair of the FEC Lifestyle Sub-Committee.

Mr. Andreas Sohmen-Pao
Chairman of BW Group

Mr. Andreas Sohmen-Pao is the Chairman of BW Group, a global energy and shipping group involved in floating infrastructure and renewable energy assets, and chairs five public affiliates listed in New York and Oslo: BW LPG, BW Offshore, BW Energy, Cadeler and Hafnia.

Mr. Sohmen-Pao is also Chairman of the Global Centre for Maritime Decarbonisation, and a trustee of the Lloyd’s Register Foundation. He was previously Chairman of the Singapore Maritime Foundation and has served as a Non-Executive Director of The Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd, Navigator Holdings, London P&I Club, Singapore Symphonia Company, National Parks Board Singapore, Sport Singapore and Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore amongst others.

Mr. Sohmen-Pao graduated from the University of Oxford with a First-Class Honours degree in Oriental Studies and has an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.



Bicky Bhangu

Dr. Bicky Bhangu
President, Southeast Asia, Pacific and South Korea, Rolls-Royce

Dr. Bicky Bhangu is responsible for regional strategic planning & operations, technology & business strategy, corporate governance & communications and external relations across Rolls-Royce’s key businesses. Dr. Bhangu is actively involved in advancing Singapore’s aerospace, marine and high value manufacturing industries. He is a Council Member for the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) and has served as Deputy President of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) to connect and promote small and medium-sized enterprises’ business opportunities in the region and beyond.

Dr. Bhangu currently serves as President of the UN Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS) and has served as President of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore and Chairman of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Bhangu is also an Adjunct Professor at the Nanyang Technological University. He holds a BE in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham, a MSc in Control Systems, a PhD in Advanced Machines and Drives from the University of Sheffield, and an MBA in Technology Management from INSEAD, where he is also a Certified International Director of Corporate Governance from INSEAD. He is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering Technology (IET); and Fellow of Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS).

Dr. Bhangu currently serves as a Board Member for Land Transport Authority (LTA) and was previously a member of the Future Economy Council (FEC) Advanced Manufacturing and Trade Sub-Committee. He is serving as co-chair to Ministry of Manpower’s Alliance for Action (AfA) ‘Widening access to Talent’ and is member of Ministry of Trade and Industry’s AfA ‘Business Competitiveness’. His other notable appointments include – Chairman for Aerospace Skills and Training Council (ISTC), supporting then Workforce Development Agency (WDA) to oversee skills development of the aerospace industry (2013 -2015), Select Committee Member for R&D investment in green port technologies with the Maritime Port Authority (MPA) (2016 – 2018), and Chairman IET Singapore (2015 – 2017).



Chen Kok Sing

Mr. Chen Kok Sing
Corporate Vice President and Singapore Country Manager,
Micron Technology

Mr. Chen Kok Sing is responsible for aligning Micron’s goals, strategy, and leadership within its Singapore presence. He was part of the pioneer team that established TECH Semiconductor in 1991 and held senior positions of increasing responsibilities to Operations Vice President. Mr Chen led the start-up of IM Flash Singapore (IMFS), a joint venture between Micron and Intel, as the Managing Director in 2007.

After the amalgamation of IMFS into Micron in 2012, Mr. Chen served the positions of Singapore Wafer Fabs Operations Managing Director responsible for Micron’s three fabrication facilities in Singapore; Micron Singapore Backend Managing Director responsible for Assembly, Test, and Modules/SSD operations; North America Backend Operations Managing Director based at the company headquarters in Boise, Idaho, USA; and Singapore Wafer Fabs Managing Director.

Mr. Chen was previously a member of the Future Economy Council (FEC) and Co-Chair of the FEC Advanced Manufacturing and Trade Sub-Committee.

Ms. Chew Seow-Chien
Senior Partner and Board Director, Bain and Company

Ms. Chew Seow-Chien heads the Banking Practice for Bain Asia Pacific, focusing on strategy and transformation, with particular expertise in Digital Transformations.

She advises leading Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions on innovations to build new digital business models and propositions. She works with clients on digital, data and AI strategies to enhance customer outcomes and business productivity.

Ms. Chew also supports clients on Operating Model Design, Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Partnerships. She has extensive experience across many countries in Asia Pacific, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China, India and Australia. She has also worked at Bain’s Boston and London offices.

Ms. Chew is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. She is passionate about applications of digital and technology to improve lives and to uplift communities. She is also actively involved in the community. She founded Bain Southeast Asia’s Social Impact practice, which provides pro-bono consulting advice to non-profit organizations. Ms. Chew is committed to promoting greater gender diversity in the workplace and leads Women@Bain in Southeast Asia. She has been serving on the Board of Directors of the Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) since September 2020. She received her MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School. She is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, where she earned her MPhil in Finance with distinction and BA in Economics with honours.

Temasek International Pte. Ltd.

Mr. Dilhan Pillay joined Temasek in September 2010. He was appointed Executive Director and CEO of Temasek Holdings on 1 October 2021 and is concurrently the CEO of Temasek International, a position he has held since April 2019.

Mr. Dilhan has held various leadership roles in Temasek, including Head of the Investment, the Portfolio Management and the Enterprise Development Groups. He has also led the Temasek market teams in Singapore and the Americas.

Mr. Dilhan serves as the Vice Chair of FCLTGLOBAL and is a board member of the Peterson Institute for International Economics. He is also a member of the Financial Centre Advisory Panel of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Advisory Board of the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, the Singapore Judicial Service Commission, the Singapore Research, Innovation and Enterprise Council, the Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market, the China Securities Regulatory Commission International Advisory Council and the Future Economy Advisory Panel.

He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws and obtained a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge.

Ms. Euleen Goh
Chairman, Singapore Institute of Management Group Ltd

Ms. Euleen Goh is the Chairman of the Singapore Institute of Management Group Ltd and also Trustee of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs Endowment Fund and a member of the Public Service Commission.

During her tenure as Non-Executive Chairman of SATS Ltd, she led the company to a transformational acquisition that has positioned SATS as the largest air cargo handler globally. The subsequent integration has proceeded successfully to out turn profitable financial results in the first year. She is currently an Advisor to the Chairman.

Ms. Goh held various senior management positions in Standard Chartered Bank, travelling widely throughout the Group’s operations in the course of her duties. Following her retirement, she has held non-executive appointments on various boards including Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of Royal Dutch Shell plc, DBS Holdings Ltd, DBS Bank Ltd, Singapore Airlines Limited, Aviva plc, Singapore Exchange Limited, CapitaLand Limited, MediaCorp Pte Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank Thai pcl, Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad and Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd. She is the former Chairman of DBS Foundation, Singapore International Foundation, International Enterprise Singapore and Accounting Standards Council, Singapore as well as a former board member of Temasek Trustees Pte Ltd.

Ms. Goh was named as Her World Woman of the Year 2005. She was awarded a Public Service Medal in that same year and a Public Service Star in 2012.



Geraldine Chin

Ms. Geraldine Chin
Chairman and Managing Director, ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.

Ms. Geraldine Chin is the Managing Director of ExxonMobil Asia Holdings Pte Ltd and Director of ExxonMobil China Petroleum & Petrochemical Company Pte Ltd.

In her over 30-year career with ExxonMobil, she has held a broad range of positions in the Product Solutions business, including supply and trading, retail, commercial sales, strategy & planning, and refining. She has also had stints in controllers, human resources and in research with Exxon Research & Engineering in the United States. Ms. Chin is passionate about leadership development of women and is the management sponsor for the Women’s Interest Network, an employee resource group that promotes the advancement of women in ExxonMobil.

Ms. Chin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (Honours) and an MBA from the National University of Singapore. Ms. Chin is a member of the Public Service Commission of Singapore, a board member of the National Research Foundation and was previously a member of the Future Economy Council Advanced Manufacturing and Trade Sub-Committee.



Ho Teck-Hua

Prof Ho Teck-Hua
President, Nanyang Technological University (NTU)

Professor Teck-Hua Ho is the fifth president of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, where he is a Distinguished University Professor. He is also the founding executive chairman of AI Singapore; president of the Academy of Engineering, Singapore; and an academician of Academia Sinica.

Prof Ho has a PhD in decision sciences from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Before joining NTU, he served as senior deputy president and provost, and prior to that, deputy president (research and technology) at the National University of Singapore. In the USA, Prof Ho was the William Halford Jr Family Professor of Marketing at the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business. The School presented him with the Williamson Award, the highest faculty award, named in honour of Oliver Williamson, recipient of the 2009 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences.

Prof Ho was the first awardee of the Singapore National Research Foundation’s Returning Singaporean Scientists Scheme and the first non-US citizen to be editor-in-chief of Management Science. In Singapore, he sits on the boards of DSO National Laboratories, the Government Technology Agency, and the National Research Foundation (NRF). In 2023, Prof Ho was awarded the Singapore Public Administration Medal (Gold).



Jenny Lee

Ms. Jenny Lee
Senior Managing Partner, Granite Asia

Ms. Jenny Lee leads global investor relations and strategy and was instrumental in setting up Granite Global Venture (GGV) Capital’s first China office in 2005 and re-opening the Singapore office in 2019.

Ms. Lee spent the last 23 years overseas and is frequently the first to invest in new innovative applications and products. She is best known for investments in sectors like Edtech, Fintech, Food and Agritech, Metaverse, and Energy Sustainability and Automation Technologies. Her portfolio includes 21 companies valued at over $1 billion each. She has had 16 IPOs up to date, including one in 2023 and two in 2021 across five different global exchanges, and numerous portfolio companies exits via M&A. Ms. Lee’s global investment track record over two decades and early operation and finance work experience with Singapore Aerospace in Singapore; Morgan Stanley, and JAFCO Asia in Hong Kong has enhanced her role as a preferred board member with deep domain expertise and global investment experience.

Ms. Lee has been a member of the Forbes Global 100 VC Midas list since 2012 and was the first woman to break the top 10 in 2015. She was also recognized by Forbes as one of the World’s 100 Most Powerful Women (in 2019, 2022 and 2023) and was named to the Forbes Asia Power Businesswomen 25 list and received the Business Times’s Outstanding Overseas Executive Award. In 2016, she was named to the Vanity Fair New Establishment list, Fast Company Most Creative People in Business list, and has been consistently recognized by The New York Times and CB Insights to be amongst the top 100 venture capital investors worldwide, ranking eighth amongst top venture capitalists in Asia.

Group Chief Executive Officer, CapitaLand Investment

Mr. Lee Chee Koon has held the position of Group CEO of CapitaLand Investment (CLI), since the company's listing in September 2021.

Prior to that, he was the President and Group CEO of CapitaLand Group (CapitaLand) from 2018 to 2021. During his tenure as Group CEO of CapitaLand, Mr Lee led the strategic merger between the company and Ascendas-Singbridge in 2019. This merger bolstered CapitaLand's presence in the business park, industrial and logistics segments, and significantly expanded its footprint in China and India, as well as its fund management and lodging management platforms. This merger also made CapitaLand one of the largest diversified real estate companies in Asia and laid the groundwork for its subsequent corporate restructuring in 2021 that created CLI. Mr. Lee joined CapitaLand in 2007 and held several appointments within the Group, including CEO of The Ascott Limited (Ascott) and Group Chief Investment Officer of CapitaLand, before becoming CapitaLand's President and Group CEO.

Mr. Lee served on the Committee on the Future Economy (CFE)’s Sub-Committee on Future Jobs and Skills. He was also a member of the Emerging Stronger Taskforce (EST) and Future Economy Council (FEC).

Mr. Lim Ming Yan
Chairman, Singapore Business Federation

Mr. Lim Ming Yan is the Chairman of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and The Esplanade Co Ltd, Board Member of Enterprise Singapore, and Singapore’s Non-Resident High Commissioner to the Republic of Mauritius.

Mr. Lim is also an Independent/Non-Executive Director on the boards of SembCorp Industries Limited, DLF Cyber City Developers Limited and China Vanke Co. Limited.

In his 22 years at CapitaLand Limited, Mr. Lim was President and Group CEO from 2013 to 2018. He was also CEO of The Ascott Limited from 2009 to 2012 and CEO of CapitaLand China from 2000 to 2009.

Mr. Lim graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom in 1985. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2002.

Mr. Ng Chee Meng
Secretary-General of NTUC

Mr. Ng Chee Meng served as the Secretary-General of NTUC since 22 May 2018. He was first appointed as the NTUC Deputy Secretary-General on 23 April 2018.

As the Secretary-General of NTUC, Mr. Ng is a staunch advocate for advancing wages, welfare, and work prospects for workers. He championed the establishment of Company Training Committees (CTCs) in 2019, fostering stronger collaboration between unions and management to drive business transformation. The CTC and CTC Grant play a pivotal role in institutionalizing training for workers, creating mutually beneficial outcomes for workers and companies alike.

Protecting workers’ livelihoods is close to his heart, evident in the formation of the NTUC Job Security Council in 2020 to provide pre-emptive assistance for at-risk workers through targeted training and job matching between releasing and receiving companies. Taking one step further to ensure that workers’ concerns are heard, he launched the #EveryWorkerMattersConversation in 2022, where over 42,000 workers were engaged. Under his stewardship, NTUC expanded support to different segments of workers, including the youths and local professionals, managers and executives.

Mr. Ng was formerly the Minister in Prime Minister’s Office from 1 May 2018 to 31 July 2020. Prior to this, he was the Minister for Education (Schools) and Second Minister for Transport. Prior to his Cabinet appointment, Mr. Ng served as the Singapore's Chief of Defence Force (CDF).

Piyush Gupta
Chief Executive Officer, DBS Group

Mr. Piyush Gupta has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of DBS Group since 2009. DBS is a leading financial services group in Asia, headquartered in Singapore. Recognized for its global leadership, DBS has been named "World’s Best Bank" by several global publications like Euromoney and Global Finance. Prior to joining DBS, Piyush had a 27 year career at Citigroup, where his last position was Chief Executive Officer for South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Mr. Gupta is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Singapore Management University, and Chairman of the Mandai Park Holdings Board. He is also Vice-Chairman of the Institute of International Finance, Washington, and Vice-Chairman of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) Executive Committee. In addition, he is a member of Singapore’s Advisory Council on the Ethical Use of AI and Data. He sits on the boards of Singapore’s National Research Foundation, and the Singapore Council for Board Diversity. Piyush is a term trustee of the Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA). Previously, he has been a member of the Singapore Emerging Stronger Taskforce, aimed at defining Singapore’s future in a post-Covid world, the UN Secretary General’s Task Force on Digital Financing of the Sustainable Development Goals, and the McKinsey Advisory Council.

Mr. Gupta has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, India and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad. Mr. Gupta was awarded the Public Service Star by the President of Singapore for his meritorious services to the nation in 2020. He is a recipient of the 2023 Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award, the highest honour conferred by the Indian Government on the country’s diaspora. Mr. Gupta was named one of the world’s top 100 best-performing chief executives in Harvard Business Review - 2019 edition of "The CEO 100". He was named Global Indian of the Year by the Economic Times in 2021, Singapore Business Awards' Outstanding Chief Executive of the Year in 2016, and Singapore Business Leader of the Year by CNBC in 2014.



Tan Eng Chye

Professor Tan Eng Chye
President, National University of Singapore (NUS)

Prof Tan Eng Chye is a passionate and award-winning educator. As a pioneer architect of the current academic system and interdisciplinary educational approach in NUS, he seeded many initiatives such as the Special Programme in Science, University Scholars Programme, University Town Residential College Programme, Grade-free Year, and Technology-enhanced Education. He was recognised with the University Teaching Award for Innovative Teaching in 1998 and was President of the Singapore Mathematical Society (2001 to 2005) as well as the Southeast Asian Mathematical Society (2004 to 2005).

Prof Tan's research interests are in the Representation Theory of Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, and Invariant Theory and Algebraic Combinatorics. He has spoken at numerous top global conferences and published over 20 articles in top internationally refereed journals and conference proceedings. He has co-authored three books on mathematics, including a well-known graduate text on non-Abelian harmonic analysis.

Prof Tan obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (First Class Honours, 1985) at the National University of Singapore and his PhD (1989) at Yale University. He also held visiting positions at various leading universities such as the Rutgers University, University of Washington at Seattle, University of California at Berkeley and University of Maryland, USA; Universities of Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan; as well as the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Wong Kim Yin
Group President and CEO, Sembcorp Industries

Mr. Wong Kim Yin has 30 years of leadership experience in the energy sector and in investment management. Since joining Sembcorp in July 2020, he has been instrumental in leading Sembcorp’s transformation of its portfolio.

Prior to Sembcorp, Mr. Wong was the Group CEO of Singapore Power from 2012 to 2020. He has also held senior roles in Temasek International and the AES Corporation.

Mr. Wong holds a BSc from the National University of Singapore, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business

Mr. Wong actively contributes to the global energy transition through his role as Vice Chair, Asia of the World Energy Council. He is the Chairman of Health Promotion Board, and also serves on the boards of National Research Foundation (NRF), Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), and China Venture Capital Fund Corporation. He was also a member of the Future Economy Council (FEC) and Co-Chair of the FEC Resource and Environmental Sustainability Sub-Committee.



Zhou Lihan

Dr. Zhou Lihan
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, MiRXES

Dr. Zhou Lihan is co-founder and CEO of MiRXES, a Singapore headquartered RNA-centric biotechnology company that specialises in cancer early detection. Dr. Zhou oversees MiRXES group’s overall strategy and global operations in Singapore, USA, the People’s Republic of China, Japan and Southeast Asia, with a team of over 400 staff. Prior to founding MiRXES, Dr. Zhou was a research scientist at the Bioprocessing Technology Institute, A*STAR where he co-developed a novel microRNA qPCR assay platform for disease biomarker and therapeutic target discovery. As a scientist-entrepreneur, he drives RNA research and actively champions a global ecosystem and standards to accelerate clinical adoption of RNA diagnostics.

Under Dr. Zhou’s leadership, MirXES was named Singapore’s Most Promising Start-up (2016) and Singapore’s Fastest Growing Companies (2018, 2019 and 2020). Since 2016, MiRXES has successfully raised around USD $180 million in venture funding, which is among the highest raised by Asia-based genomics companies. Dr. Zhou was recognised by the MIT Technology Review as a member of the Innovators Under 35 (2015). Other accolades include – A*STAR Scientist-Entrepreneur Award (2017), NUS Outstanding Young Alumni Award and EY Entrepreneur of The Year™ Singapore awards (Overall Winner & Biotechnology category) (2021), and Singapore Business Awards Young Business Leader of The Year (2022/2023). Dr. Zhou has been serving on the Board of Enterprise Singapore since April 2022.

Dr. Zhou obtained his PhD in Biochemistry from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He has authored and co-authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications and several patent applications.
