NEW MEMBERS APPOINTED TO THE STB BOARD

The Minister for Trade and Industry has appointed two new Board members to the Singapore Tourism Board (STB).The appointments took effect on 30 June 2007 :

• Mr Aubeck Kam–Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Manpower

• Mr Patrick Pitcher –Chief Executive, JWT Asia Pacific South

Two Board members, Mr Lucas Chow and Mr Frank Wong, have stepped down from the STB Board, with effect from 29 June 2007:

• Mr Lucas Chow – Group CEO, MediaCorp Pte Ltd

• Mr Frank Wong – Vice Chairman, DBS Bank Ltd

The Ministry of Trade and Industry and STB welcome the new Board members and also express their appreciation to the outgoing members for their invaluable contributions.

STB’s Board now comprises 12 members.The list may be found at Annex.
