(Trade) for each year from 2012 to 2015 (a) what is Singapore's indigenous GDP; (b) what is Singapore's
per capita indigenous GDP; (c) what is Singapore's indigenous GNI; and (d) what
is Singapore's per capita indigenous GNI.
