Are citizens of Singapore or Vietnam;

Have graduated with a Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or Doctorate degree from an eligible institution below;

Are below the age of:

thirty-three (33) years for Singaporean applicants who are degree holders;

thirty-five (35) years for Singaporean applicants who are diploma holders;

thirty (30) years for all Vietnamese applicants;

Are taking up employment in an innovation related role with a registered enterprise in Singapore or Vietnam;

For those taking up employment in Singapore, must earn a fixed monthly salary of at least S$3,000.
