Speech by Mr Lee Yi Shyan Minister of State for Trade & Industry and Manpower and Minister-in-Charge of Entrepreneurship at the Emerging Enterprise Awards 2010 on Friday, 14 May 2010 at 7.30 pm at Mandarin Orchard Ballroom
