The Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), Lao PDR Ministry of Energy and Mines (MEM), and Cambodia Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) have established a work group to facilitate cross-border electricity trade to drive the ASEAN Power Grid vision.
