The 41st ASEAN Ministers on Energy Meeting (AMEM) and associated meetings were held in Bali, Indonesia from 22 to 25 August 2023. Singapore was represented by Second Minister for Trade and Industry Tan See Leng on 24 August 2023 and Minister of State for Trade and Industry Low Yen Ling on 25 August 2023. The 41st AMEM was attended by all 10 ASEAN member states, as well as Timor Leste.
