14 July 2023. Based on advance estimates, the Singapore economy grew by 0.7 per cent on a year-on-year basis in the second quarter of 2023, faster than the 0.4 per cent growth recorded in the previous quarter. On a quarter-onquarter seasonally-adjusted basis, the Singapore economy expanded by 0.3 per cent, a turnaround from the 0.4 per cent contraction in the first quarter of 2023.
