Second Minister for Trade and Industry Dr Tan See Leng and Lao PDR Minister of Energy and Mines Dr Daovong Phonekeo reaffirmed their commitment to support each other’s clean energy transition and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Energy Cooperation in Singapore today. The MOU was signed on the sidelines of Lao PDR Prime Minister Phankham Viphavanh’s and Dr Daovong’s official visit to Singapore.
