13 July 2018. Based on advance estimates, the Singapore economy grew by 3.8 per cent on a year-on-year basis in the second quarter of 2018, moderating from the 4.3 per cent growth in the previous quarter. On a quarter-on-quarter seasonally-adjusted annualised basis, the economy expanded at a slower pace of 1.0 per cent compared to the 1.5 per cent growth in the preceding quarter.
