This year marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP). To celebrate this milestone, the Mayor of Suzhou Municipal Government Mr Zhou Naixiang officiated a planting ceremony at the Mediterranean Garden in Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay today.
Five Osmanthus fragrans saplings (桂花树) were planted at the ceremony. The Osmanthus fragrans is Suzhou’s city flower.
